Management Elke Benning-Rohnke
Broad expertise in being able to better exploit market and client potential forms a significant part of her CV. That is why added value is so important to her. Because Elke Benning-Rohnke is always searching for the next best practice. Because she’s on the lookout for a market-shattering innovation and is forging new markets. Because she knows that you need to bring something new into the world in order to create added value in a business. And because she’s never content to make the good just that little bit better. With this mentality, she was appointed to the board just 12 years into her corporate career, has been a successful businesswoman for many years and is a cherished consultant to many leadership figures, as well as being a member of various supervisory and advisory bodies.
Her skills and experience are based on the challenges she faced in well-known companies. These include Procter & Gamble and Kraft Jacobs Suchard in Germany and Canada. Just 12 years into a stellar career, Elke Benning-Rohnke joined the board of Wella AG (MDAX, today COTY) on the basis of her B2C and B2B achievements. She was responsible for the global salon business, and even at that stage in her career, optimised the sales companies in the individual countries with a key figures-orientated enabling and leadership programme.
Since then, Elke Benning-Rohnke has occupied herself with the interplay between market challenges, client potentials and the composition of organisations, teams and individuals. She therefore decided to advise globally active clients on these areas, both in her own business but also in cooperation with international consultancies.
Her self-developed procedure for client-orientated corporate management, along with the international success of the Net Promoter Score, led to the publication of her book of the same name by Gabler in 2010. In it, she describes its deployment as a measurement and key performance indicator plus change method, in conjunction with her clients. Furthermore, Elke Benning-Rohnke can produce a long list of contributions to specialist publications. We offer this list as a download here.
For the transformation of the sales culture of a high street bank, in partnership with zeb, she was distinguished with the 2014/15 International German Training Award. Since then, thanks to the added value in growth and profitability, the programme has been adopted by other banks and insurance companies in Germany and Switzerland.
Elke Benning-Rohnke’s commitment is displayed by the seats on numerous bodies that she enjoys. We have made these available in a PDF for you to download.
